Doctors and nurses have a tremendous responsibility to their patients and have a responsibility to be alert and thinking whenever they are working with a patient. Being inattentive and not taking care of the little details are simply unacceptable in a hospital setting as a patient’s health, and potentially even their life, is at stake. When I was in middle school and high school, it was mandatory to learn either Spanish or French. I chose to learn Spanish, and it was started in seventh grade and went up through twelfth grade.
